A forward purchase provides the owners assurance that the aircraft will leave the fleet as soon as new aircraft are indoctrinated, eliminating any overlap in coverage and minimizing extra costs of fleet transitioning
Aircraft Leasing and Sale & Leasebacks (SLB)
Aerotek Solutions’s aircraft leasing solutions provide operating leases of aircraft to commercial and freight operators around the globe. Assets are sourced through a variety of channels, and we offer both short-term and long-term leasing products. Whether we are originating a creative lease solution or acquiring aircraft already on lease, we target opportunities that can benefit both the operator as well as provide attractive investment returns for our investors.
SLB’s free up an owner’s capital that was previously tied up in older aviation assets, allowing them to fund other aspects of their business. As the aircraft coming out of the airline will generally be mid-life or older in nature, either through retirement or fleet transitions, Aerotek Solutions’s flexibility provides the owners with a perfect phase out solution that has redelivery dates matching new aircraft deliveries with tailored return conditions and no onerous contractual obligations.
Engine Leases
Aerotek Solutions provides flexible engine leasing solutions to the market. In the case where an engine is needed for a short period to cover an unscheduled removal or similar instance, an engine lease is the best course of action. Aerotek Solutions can provide lease engines to cover these needs, which also minimizes aircraft downtime and saves millions versus an unneeded and expensive engine shop visit. Medium to longer term leases are also available to suit the customer’s specific needs. With conservation of capital and efficient engine fleet management as a top priority, engine leases provide this flexibility, with zero residual value risk.
Material and Recycling
Aerotek Solutions maintains a large inventory of material across all engine types to satisfy customer demand. The material is acquired from the acquisition and teardown of whole engines to the piece part level or, as required, from our suppliers.
Aerotek Solutions are proud to consider themselves a “recycling” company, helping the aviation industry get the most out of their sunset fleets, via the USM market, for as long as possible, avoiding the production of new material at the expense of the environment.
Support
We support Airlines and Maintenance and Repair Organisations (MROs) via sales of material to support engine overhaul programs and forward positioning of key items to keep aircraft flying that are AOG.

Repair of our own and customer’s complete engines, managing them through the chosen MRO, and keeping costs and turnaround times under control.

Repair and exchange of Aerotek Solutions’s own inventory of engine materials, accessories and aircraft components.
Repair and management of customer consigned inventory to maximize the return for the customer.
Powerplant Asset Evaluation
Our powerplant specialists can perform a detailed evaluation of your engine or APU and utilising our in-house software can report on the condition of the engine and the predicted hours and cycles or ‘green time’ remaining. The next maintenance event date can be forecasted as well as the expected costs for that maintenance event.
